What are your shipping costs and how are they determined?

Shipping costs are calculated using a number of factors:

    
* Weight
     * Size of box
     * Destination

You will see the cost for shipping before you finalize your order in the checkout process.

Please note: Large items such as body panels, storage boxes, windshields and other large, bulky items are subject to a large dimension rate and you may be contacted for additional shipping fees.

If you're ordering a part that you know is too large, or too heavy for traditional shipping methods, please contact us for a very affordable freight shipping quote. 

How long will it take for me to get my order?  

Once an order is placed, it can take up to four business days for us to process an order. Once your order is filled, it will be shipped out and you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order. The delivery of the package depends on the destination country, it's customs/import procedures and duties process. PartsPitStop.com cannot garuantee delivery dates, only an estimate based on experience. The best tool for you to use is the tracking number that you received via email. This will help you determine the delivery date of your package.


Do you include Shipping Insurance?

When an order is valued at more than $150 USD, we will insure the package for the invoiced amount, and add Delivery Confirmation. (Delivery Confirmation specifically means that the package has to be signed for when it's delivered.)  

I was just notified that a part I ordered cannot be shipped for the price I was charged. What now?

Some items cannot be accurately quoted a shipping price at the time of checkout. At this point, we weigh & measure the item at the time of shipment to determine the best shipping method possible. If there is an issue with your order shipment, you will be notified as soon as possible with the required options to move forward with your shipment.

I just received a part that was damaged in shipping, what do I do?

Please use the warranty/core claim form on the Warranty Procedures page. Fill out the information as accurately as possible, please include pictures illustrating the damage, and submit the form to our support team. You'll be contacted within 24-36 business hours.
